Can I receive my financial statements in English?

Yes. While statutory filings (eCDF VAT, RCS annual accounts) must be submitted in French or German per Luxembourg law, we deliver all internal reporting (P&L, balance sheet, board pack, KPI dashboard) natively in English. Annual accounts can also be prepared in a bilingual French/English format.

Do you support expats setting up a SARL-S?

Yes. Many of our clients are expats (EU and non-EU) launching a SARL-S in Luxembourg. We handle the entire incorporation (statutes, RCS, business permit, VAT registration, CCSS) for a fixed fee of €1,200 incl. VAT, with all communication in English.
